ACCORDINGLY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE HEREBY EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME.

4.    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

5.    Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, to which You and We irrevocably submit.
